AffiniPay's 8am team is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our growing organization. You will play a key role in the month-end close process, prepare journal entries, analyze accruals, and reconcile balance sheet accounts across multiple entities.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of accounting experience, a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, and strong Excel skills. ERP experience, especially Workday, is a plus and you’ll collaborate across departments to ensure GAAP compliance.

• 2-4 years accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Excel proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsabilidades

• Perform month-end close functions for multiple entities.
• Prepare journal entries and analyze accruals.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts with supporting documentation.
• Review variances and provide notes for cost centers.
• Support audits with PBC schedules and documentation.
• Record cash transactions and reconcile bank accounts.
