• Lead and manage the accounting team to ensureaccurateandtimelyfinancial operations.


• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.


• Ensure compliance with Colombian accounting standards, IFRS, and corporate accounting policies.


• Coordinate internal and external audits, preparing required documentation and follow-ups.


• Present financial results, insights, and reports in English to global senior management.


• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.


• Strengthen internal controls andoptimizeaccounting procedures and workflows.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams locally and internationally.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Accountingwith a valid professional license.


• 5-7+ years of experience in senior accounting roles or accounting leadership.


• Experience with NetSuite (required):strongunderstanding of NetSuite accounting modules, reporting, and system workflows.


• Advanced English (B2+) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
