Job summary

Shareholder Services in Medellín is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to ensure accuracy across US-based entities within a fast-paced, multi-entity family office. The role emphasizes journal entries, reconciliations, and close processes, with cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Payroll, and Operations.

The position requires a strong accounting background in multi-entity environments, GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with NetSuite/QuickBooks, Excel, and Advanced English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with general ledger and reconciliations.
• Experience in multi-entity or high-volume environments (preferred).
• Prior experience with US-based or multinational companies.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite and/or QuickBooks.
• Advanced Excel and solid GAAP knowledge.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
