Tidal is hiring a Senior Creative Strategist & Direct-Response Copywriter for a fast-growing DTC foot care and consumer wellness brand. You will own copy and creative quality across ads, landing pages, emails, and more, with a focus on conversion and scale.

Remote, independent contractor, full-time (~40 hours/week). You will collaborate with founders and senior marketers, manage multiple external partners, and use data to drive creative testing and optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in direct-response copywriting or a similar role.
• Native or professional-level fluency in written English.
• Proven ability to write conversion-focused copy from scratch.
• Strong experience in direct-response copy and video/creative production.
• Portfolio or case studies showing measurable creative impact.

Responsabilités

• Write and improve conversion-focused copy across ads, landing pages, product pages, CRO tests, email, and SMS.
• Turn insights from reviews, surveys, comments, and competitor ads into briefs and testing ideas.
• Own brand voice and final quality check for copy and creative before launch.
• Review high-volume static and video creative and provide actionable feedback to agencies, editors, designers, producers and freelancers.
• Manage 6+ external creative partners including briefs, revisions, priorities, deadlines and QC.
• Use Meta Ads Manager and metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, spend) to guide testing priorities.
• Work with Founder/CMO and media buyer, eventually owning creative reviews and testing priorities.
