• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of Solutions Engineering experience or equivalent progression.
• Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365, AWS, or similar certifications.
• Experience supporting cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or Microsoft 365.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, Active Directory, identity management, connectivity).
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise applications, infrastructure, or cloud environments.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams.
• Experience creating architecture diagrams with Visio or Lucidchart.
• Exposure to API integrations and SaaS platforms.
• Customer-facing experience in technical support or consulting environments.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the implementation and configuration of cloud platforms, applications, and integrations.
• Support cloud environments including Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS, or similar technologies.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues related to cloud platforms, networks, endpoints, and business applications.
• Participate in change management, testing, deployments, and technical support activities.
• Help develop proofs-of-concepts, technical demonstrations, and customer-facing solution presentations.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering, DevOps, IT Operations, and business stakeholders.
• Respond to technical inquiries and provide solution-oriented recommendations.
• Ensure solutions adhere to established security, governance, and operational standards.

We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to support the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of cloud-based platforms, business applications, and technical integrations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical foundation who has progressed through roles such as Systems Administrator, Cloud Administrator, Technical Support Engineer, Network Administrator, Infrastructure Engineer, or Implementation Consultant and is interested in expanding into a Solutions Engineering career path.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting cloud environments, troubleshooting technical issues, working with business applications, and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience troubleshooting enterprise applications, infrastructure, or cloud-based environments.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams.
• Experience creating architecture diagrams using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
• Exposure to API integrations, SaaS platforms, or implementation projects.
