We are looking for an IT professional with 5+ years of experience focused on infrastructure administration, Windows Server, and cloud technologies. This role is geared toward managing on-premises environments and their integration with Microsoft Azure, alongside providing advanced operational support, managing virtualization, and complementing these with device management via MS Intune.

Key Technical Skills

• Windows Server: Advanced proficiency in the administration, configuration, and support of Windows Server deployments.
• Cloud Integration: Solid experience with Microsoft Azure integration for on-premises Windows Server deployments and a broad understanding of cloud technologies.
• Virtualization: Hands-on experience creating, managing, and supporting virtualized environments.
• MS Intune & Microsoft 365: Proficiency in the Intune platform, end-user endpoint management (MDM/MAM), and strong knowledge of the MS 365 suite.
• Scripting & Automation: Proven experience writing and executing scripts using languages such as VB script, BAT, and PowerShell (for MS 365 and automation/reporting).

Core Requirements

• Experience & Education: 5+ years of working experience in a related field. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent working experience.
• Availability: Ability to participate in a 24x7 on-call support rotation.
• Documentation: Experience creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related documentation.
• Certifications: MS 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate. (Nice to have: MS 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide second-level support, managing Service Requests and Incidents for the server infrastructure and the Intune Platform.
• Ensure high availability and optimal performance through day-to-day operational support.
• Manage and maintain the core infrastructure as well as end-user devices (Windows 10/11, Android, iOS, and Mac).
• Troubleshoot enrollment issues, configuration policies, and cloud app security, including Hybrid Entra ID and Intune enrollment devices.
• Handle application package creation and deployment, and write scripts for automation and reporting.
• Provide technical consultation to team members to continuously improve customer service and maintain updated documentation.
