About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Tech Lead to join our client’s technology team. In this pivotal role, you will be part of the integration cell, responsible for managing integrations with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, and VTEX. You will lead the development of payment connectors and web applications, collaborating closely with designers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full-stack development team in delivering high-value solutions using Agile methodologies.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Design and develop high-quality web and mobile applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to create engaging and effective user interfaces.
• Drive the design, development, and implementation of new features and enhancements to existing applications.
• Oversee the integration of various services and APIs, ensuring smooth connectivity and functionality across platforms.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications, troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.
• Collaborate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery while upholding code quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with significant leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in front-end technologies like TypeScript and React, and back-end technologies such as Golang.
• Functional knowledge of AWS focused on application development.
• Experience with integrations in payments, e-commerce, fraud detection, or analytics.
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
