We invite an experienced and proactive Software Engineer with strong PHP and React.js skills to join our team. You'll play a key role in developing a new subproduct within our client's portfolio - a robust human capital management solution that streamlines HR processes, enhances employee engagement, and simplifies payroll, offering genuine value to customers worldwide.

Is that you?

• 5+ years of commercial development experience with PHP and React.js
• Strong experience with MySQL and MongoDB
• Hands-on experience with AWS and knowledge of cloud best practices
• Deep understanding of REST APIs and web application architecture
• Experience with Git, unit tests, and maintaining code quality
• Experience designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, high-performance systems
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level
• Strong ownership, motivation, and accountability
  
  

Desirable:

• Hands-on experience with payroll or HR system development
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker)
• Experience collaborating in distributed teams with English-speaking stakeholders
  
  

Key Responsibilities And Your Contribution

In this role, you'll lead the development and maintenance of core systems for a robust payroll platform, ensuring performance, scalability, and technical excellence.

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of backend and frontend components using PHP and React.js
• Design and implement REST APIs and work with MySQL and MongoDB databases
• Develop, deploy, and maintain platform components in AWS
• Write high-quality, maintainable code and enforce coding standards across the team
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with the team on feature design, problem-solving, and best practices
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality
