Formación

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.

Vrize is seeking ahighly experienced, hands-on Senior Full Stack Architectto join our team for a strategic engagement in the financial services and pawn lending domain. This is acritical technical leadership role, requiring end-to-end architectural and coding expertise across modern web, mobile, and cloud-native technologies.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical acumen, the ability to work across the stack, and experience withAI tool integration, while also being passionate about clean code, scalable architecture, and mentoring teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications across front-end, back-end, and cloud infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and client stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Define coding standards, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices across the stack.
• Take ownership of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Build and maintain modern UI/UX interfaces usingAngular 14+,React, and potentiallyFlutterorReact Native.
• Develop robust backend services usingJava,Spring Boot,Node.js, andSQL.
• Integrate AI/ML tools where applicable for analytics, automation, or intelligent features.
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability in cloud-hosted (Azure) environments.
• Contribute to mobile app architecture if leveraging Kotlin or cross-platform tools.

Must-Have Skills:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Proven experience in architecting and deploying enterprise-grade applications.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with:
• Exposure toAI/ML toolsor integration with AI-powered platforms.
• Domain experience infinancial services,retail finance, orpawn lending(EZCorp domain).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead by example—very hands-on and technically credible.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with new tech.

Note: the candidate must be willing to go to the office a few times a year when the U.S. team visits Colombia. *
