Job summary

The role focuses on on-brand, high-quality outputs and collaboration with international teams. Ideal candidates have a marketing or design background, a portfolio of social graphics, and proficiency in Canva and social platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing.
• Hands-on proficiency in Canva or comparable design tools.
• Portfolio with original social media graphics and marketing assets.
• General knowledge of social media platforms and publishing tools, preferably Meta Business Suite.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and translate messaging into engaging visuals.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Content Planning and Publishing: Manage social media calendars and schedule content across platforms.
• Graphic Design: Create polished social media graphics and visual assets using Canva or similar tools.
• Content Development: Adapt messaging into engaging captions, headlines, and calls to action.
• Marketing Collateral: Design one-pagers, presentations, and sales materials for product launches.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure content accuracy, visual consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Performance Monitoring: Track impressions, reach, engagement, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Content Research: Review competitor content and effective formats to inform creative improvements.
• Marketing Support: Assist with email content execution and collaborate to meet deadlines.
