Cultural Care Au Pair in Bogotá is seeking a versatile Visual & Multimedia Designer to join the in‑house Creative team. You will design marketing assets across digital, social, print and events, and edit short‑form videos while ensuring on‑brand visuals for a global audience.

You will collaborate with colleagues in Zurich and Boston, adapt assets for markets, and stay ahead of trends with AI-assisted workflows to deliver high‑quality content consistent with brand standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of professional design experience within an agency, in‑house Creative team or marketing environment.
• Strong portfolio showing hands‑on visual design and production across print, digital and social channels, with video/motion work where available.
• Proficiency in typography, layout, colour, imagery, composition and brand systems.
• Experience using AI tools to support creative development, design production and content creation.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver high-quality marketing assets across digital, paid and organic social, email, web, presentations, print and events.
• Edit short‑form social videos using supplied footage, including selecting clips, pacing, captions, on‑screen messaging, graphics, animations, music and platform formats.
• Adapt, resize, localize and update existing creative across formats, channels and markets.
• Create and develop visual assets for Au Pair audiences globally, ensuring consistency with the Cultural Care brand and broader creative direction.
• Collaborate with Zurich and Boston teams, as well as Marketing, Paid Media and Social, following the team’s creative direction.
• Apply feedback accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of visual quality and brand consistency.
• Manage multiple requests and deadlines, maintain organized working files and prepare final assets for handover, publishing or production.
• Stay current with visual, social and digital trends, platform requirements and AI-assisted workflows.
