Cultural Care Au Pair, based in Bogotá, is seeking a Visual & Multimedia Designer for its in‑house Creative team. You will craft on‑brand visuals for global marketing, adapt assets for multiple formats, and edit short‑form social videos.

Work closely with teams in Zurich and Boston, contribute to campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across channels while staying current with trends and AI‑assisted workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of professional design experience in agency, in‑house Creative team or marketing environment.
• Strong portfolio showing print, digital and social design with video/motion work if available.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud; working knowledge of Figma or similar tools.
• Experience editing short-form content for mobile-first social media.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver high‑quality marketing assets across digital, social, email, web, print and events.
• Translate briefs into engaging visual solutions that meet audience needs and goals.
• Support production, adapt assets across formats, channels and markets.
• Edit short‑form social videos and create simple animations; collaborate with Video team.
• Maintain brand consistency, organize assets and meet deadlines.
