INGEPSY is seeking a highly organized Social Media Coordinator to manage and execute the brand's social media accounts. This role owns the content calendar, scheduling, and publishing across platforms — content creation itself is handled by a separate role.

The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, understands luxury branding, and brings sharp judgment on what to post, when, and how to keep the brand's digital presence consistent and on-strategy.

Formación

• 3+ years in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media strategy, analytics, and scheduling tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the social media content calendar, scheduling and publishing across platforms.
• Coordinate with the content/creative team to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic) and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and voice across all published content.

The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, understands luxury branding, and brings sharp judgment on what to post, when, and how to keep the brand's digital presence consistent and on-strategy.

• Own and manage the social media content calendar; schedule and publish approved content across all platforms (Meta, with support on Google).
• Propose creative ideas and new content angles and dynamics to elevate account performance.
• Monitor social media performance and analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and website traffic to optimize future strategy.
• Coordinate closely with the content/creative team to ensure timely delivery and proper scheduling of assets — this role does not create content directly.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and voice across all published content.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of social media strategy, best practices, analytics, reporting, and scheduling tools across platforms (primarily Meta, with support on Google).
• Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative and strategic mindset — able to propose new ideas and content angles, even without creating the assets directly.
• Passion for fashion, luxury, digital storytelling, and brand consistency.
