INGEPSY is seeking a Head of Public Relations to lead the brand's communications strategy and expand its global media presence in fashion, luxury, and lifestyle markets. You will drive high-impact press initiatives and manage key events and partnerships from day one.

The role requires an established, activatable network in fashion and luxury, with English/Spanish proficiency and a track record of senior-level communications leadership across international markets.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of PR experience in fashion or luxury, built outside Colombia (NY or Paris preferred).
• Established network of media and influencer contacts in fashion, lifestyle, luxury markets.

We are seeking a Head of Public Relations to lead the brand's communications strategy and strengthen its presence across global media, events, and key industry relationships. This is a senior, relationship-driven position — we're looking for someone who already opens doors in the fashion and luxury world, not someone building a network from scratch or focused on day-to-day PR logistics.

Non-negotiable: prior PR experience outside Colombia — ideally in New York or Paris — at a luxury brand or an agency representing luxury brands, with an existing network that can be activated on day one.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with top fashion, luxury, and lifestyle media outlets.
• Lead press initiatives, including interviews, features, and editorials.
• Oversee product launch coverage, fashion shows, and key brand events.
• Manage influencer and ambassador partnerships, including gifting and performance tracking.
• Coordinate media events and press activations to strengthen brand visibility.
• Ensure seamless collaboration with creative, marketing, and sales teams.
• Supervise preparation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and lookbooks.
• Monitor and report on media coverage, PR performance, and social impact.
• Manage PR budgets, ensuring strategic allocation of resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in PR within the fashion or luxury sector — built outside Colombia, ideally in New York or Paris, at a luxury brand or an agency representing luxury brands (non-negotiable).
• Established, ready-to-activate network of media and influencer contacts in fashion, lifestyle, and luxury markets — someone who can open doors from day one.
• Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; Italian or French are a strong plus.
