Our Marketing Coordinators are experienced, hands-on marketing professionals responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing initiatives that support brand growth, lead generation, customer acquisition, engagement, and overall business objectives.
This role combines marketing strategy with advanced execution. Marketing coordinators are expected to take greater ownership of marketing initiatives, translating business goals into actionable campaigns and managing projects from planning through execution, optimization, and reporting.
Depending on the client's needs, responsibilities may include campaign management, content strategy, social media, branding, email marketing, lead generation, funnels and automation, website management, SEO, paid advertising, analytics, and creative production.
Our Marketing Coordinator works full-time and exclusively for one client. Our clientele consists of U.S.-based companies and professionals across a wide range of industries.
We are looking for dynamic, strategic, creative, self-motivated, and adaptable professionals who can work with a high degree of independence, proactively identify opportunities, make informed marketing recommendations, and execute high-quality work without requiring constant supervision.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives
- Translate business goals into actionable marketing plans, campaigns, content strategies, timelines, and deliverables
- Take ownership of marketing campaigns from planning and creation through execution, monitoring, optimization, and reporting
- Develop and manage content strategies across social media, email, websites, blogs, video, and other relevant channels
- Manage and optimize social media platforms while ensuring consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity
- Create and oversee high-quality written, visual, video, and digital marketing assets
- Provide creative direction and maintain brand consistency across marketing channels and campaigns
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, promotional campaigns, and lead-nurturing sequences
- Plan, build, and optimize marketing funnels, landing pages, forms, email sequences, and automated workflows
- Manage or support CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar systems
- Manage website content, landing pages, basic SEO, conversion optimization, and other digital marketing initiatives
- Plan, coordinate, monitor, and optimize paid advertising initiatives across Meta, Google, or other relevant platforms
- Develop and execute lead-generation and lead-nurturing initiatives designed to increase qualified opportunities and conversions
- Analyze marketing performance across campaigns, social media, email, websites, advertising, and other channels
- Define, track, and report on relevant marketing KPIs and use performance data to identify optimization opportunities
- Prepare marketing reports and communicate insights, results, and strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders
- Conduct competitor, audience, industry, and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential growth initiatives
- Coordinate webinars, events, launches, promotions, referral programs, partnerships, and other marketing initiatives
- Manage marketing projects, campaign calendars, deadlines, priorities, and cross-functional deliverables
- Collaborate directly with clients, team members, vendors, and other stakeholders to move marketing initiatives forward
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, systems, automation, content, campaigns, and overall performance
- Research and implement new marketing tools, technologies, AI solutions, and emerging best practices when appropriate
- Provide strategic and hands‑on marketing support based on evolving client priorities
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English, written and verbal (C1 level or higher), with excellent professional communication and presentation skills
- Minimum of 4–5 years of progressive marketing experience, including hands‑on responsibility for executing marketing campaigns and initiatives
- College Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to combine marketing strategy with hands‑on execution
- Strong experience managing multi‑channel marketing campaigns and projects
- Strong understanding of content marketing, social media, email marketing, branding, lead generation, and digital marketing
- Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, funnels, workflows, and lead‑nurturing processes
- Working knowledge of paid advertising platforms such as Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, KPIs, campaign reporting, and performance optimization
- Experience with website/CMS platforms, landing pages, basic SEO, and conversion optimization
- Strong creative judgment and ability to maintain high‑quality brand standards across marketing assets
- Proficiency with relevant creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent platforms
- Ability to independently manage marketing projects, priorities, deadlines, and multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving, research, and decision‑making skills
- Ability to communicate marketing recommendations and performance insights confidently to clients and stakeholders
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of taking ownership without constant supervision
- Experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms is highly preferred
- Experience using AI tools to support marketing strategy, content creation, research, automation, or productivity is highly preferred
- Advanced experience in paid advertising, marketing automation, SEO, or funnel development is a plus
- Real Estate, healthcare, hospitality, or other U.S.-based industry experience is a plus
- Adaptability and ability to stay current with evolving marketing platforms, technologies, and trends
SCHEDULE
This position is FULL TIME, and 40 hours of work per week is expected Monday through Friday.
