The Ricky Joy Company is seeking a creative Graphic Production Designer – Trade Marketing in Cali, Colombia. This role focuses on transforming marketing strategies into high-quality visual solutions for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and retail materials.

You will handle both concept development and hands-on production, ensuring brand consistency across consumer and retail touchpoints while collaborating with the Trade Marketing, Marketing, and Sales teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or technical certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, Multimedia Design, Advertising, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Brand Design, Packaging, Trade Marketing, or related creative environment.
• Experience developing campaign concepts, Key Visuals, commercial materials, and brand assets.
• Experience with packaging design and artwork adaptation.
• Experience developing POS, merchandising, retail, or Trade Marketing materials.
• Experience preparing artwork for commercial printing and production.
• Experience in Food & Beverage, CPG, FMCG, Retail, or similar industries is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop Key Visuals for product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Adapt concepts across formats and channels.
• Maintain brand consistency across campaigns and materials.
• Create mockups and visual presentations to communicate concepts.
• Coordinate artwork adjustments with suppliers and production partners when required.
• Design POS and merchandising materials for retail environments.
• Prepare final artwork and production files for print vendors.
• Maintain an organized library of editable artwork and assets.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation and production.
