CPL Aromas is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to manage import/export and goods movement, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and Free Trade Zone requirements.

The role supports business continuity and efficiency by coordinating documentation, logistics providers, and timely product delivery to customers worldwide.

Formación

• Technical or associate degree in logistics, supply chain, international trade, or related field.
• Minimum 6 months experience in logistics, supply chain, foreign trade, or production-related processes.
• Familiarity with Free Trade Zone operations and customs registration systems.
• Strong organization, data reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Job Purpose

Manage and coordinate import, export, and goods movement operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and Free Trade Zone requirements while supporting business continuity and operational efficiency.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor import, export, and customs clearance processes.
• Prepare, process, and control documentation required for foreign trade operations.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, legal requirements, and Free Trade Zone procedures.
• Coordinate the timely delivery of products to domestic and international customers.
• Prepare operational, inventory, and performance reports to support decision-making.
• Manage logistics service providers and ensure compliance with agreed service levels, costs, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and inventory information within the relevant systems.
• Support audits, inspections, and requests from regulatory authorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics and foreign trade processes.

Skills And Attributes Required

Education: Technical degree or Associate Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields.

Preferred Knowledge: Inventory management systems. Free Trade Zone operations and customs registration systems.

Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in logistics, supply chain, foreign trade, or production-related processes.
