Lisinski Law Firm is seeking a SharePoint Administrator to deliver high-quality Tier 1 support while collaborating with SharePoint Engineers on enterprise initiatives. The role emphasizes secure, scalable digital workplace enhancements and daily operational excellence within the Microsoft 365 environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of SharePoint admin experience, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of PII protection.

Formación

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years as SharePoint Administrator or Power Platform Specialist.
• Experience with SharePoint migrations and M365 file-sharing.
• Familiarity with PowerShell for admin tasks.
• Strong ability to translate technical information for non-technical users.
• Understanding of basic PII protection standards.
• Experience managing a ticket queue independently in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Execute complex SharePoint permissions strategies with least-privilege access.
• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows.
• Implement and maintain modern SharePoint architecture and Hub Site provisioning.
• Advise on Teams Sites vs other communication sites for stakeholders.
• Assist in PII protection, sensitivity labels, and data retention in M365.
• Lead discovery sessions translating business pain points into scalable SharePoint solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance in SharePoint Admin Center and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
