Formación

• Execute tests and maintain the AI-driven document classification system.
• Log and manage incidents related to the EDisposition AI system.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid technical-operational role focusing on Microsoft Azure technologies.
• Handling incidents and validating issues.
• Executing tests and maintaining the AI-driven document classification system.
• Experience or foundational knowledge of core Azure services related to application hosting, security, and monitoring.
• Logging and managing incidents related to the EDisposition AI system.
• Applying documented solutions and escalating complex cases.
• Testing APIs and validating AI responses using Postman and Swagger.
• Coordinating updates and incident resolution via Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
• Following SOPs and weekly operational updates for consistent support coverage.
• Generating support reports for the Records Management (REC) team.
