• Experience in hospitality or guest-service leadership roles.
• Ability to supervise on-shift teams and manage live-service operations.
• Strong knowledge of labor control, cash handling, and shift accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations to ensure guest-ready service on each shift.
• Maintain proper staffing levels aligned with business volume.
• Serve as on-shift leader for hourly staff with direction and support.
• Ensure opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures are completed on time.
• Act as Manager on Duty and manage safety, security, and compliance.
• Support guest service on floor with food, beverage, and cannabis service.
• Address guest concerns and service recovery promptly.
• Monitor labor costs and communicate staffing needs to the Sesh Manager.
