Lexmark a Subsidiary of Xerox Corporation seeks a CSO Lead to manage billing operations across multiple managed services accounts in line with each client’s SOW. You’ll oversee pre-invoicing, validation, PO requests, and invoicing while ensuring timely, accurate reports and strong governance.

You will drive financial performance, monitor P&L, revenue, and gross margin, and lead a cross-functional CSO team to deliver superior service and compliance with policies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, billing, finance, reporting, or managed services.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply structured approaches to business challenges.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders through phone and email.

Responsabilidades

• Lead billing operations for multiple managed services accounts in accordance with customer Statements of Work (SOW).
• Oversee day-to-day billing activities, including pre-invoicing, invoice validation, purchase order requests, and invoice completion.
• Ensure billing reports are accurate and delivered within agreed service levels and organizational standards.
• Monitor account financial performance, including profit and loss (P&L), revenue, costs, and gross margin.
• Lead, coach, and support the Central Site Operations team to achieve operational objectives.
