IBM Consulting is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead Finance & Administration operations across Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report, ensuring service delivery excellence and client satisfaction.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team, monitor performance, and ensure SLAs and quality standards in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, with strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Advanced or fluent English; ability to lead client meetings.
• Proven experience in Delivery Management and operations leadership.
• Experience with finance-related processes and client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Finance & Administration operations across Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report.
• Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team and oversee day-to-day delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, ensure SLAs, controls, timelines, and quality standards; handle escalations.
