Flexible IT Business Solutions seeks a senior IT service delivery specialist to join our Bogotá team. You will participate in meetings with global teams and business users, handling complex incidents and driving service improvements across Office 365, Windows, and Azure environments.

On-site work in Bogotá or TIJUANA is required. You will work with ServiceNow, Terraform, VMware, and related technologies, guiding L3/L4 support and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high

Formación

Advanced professional English required and global collaboration experience.
10–12 years in a large global Corporate IT Service Delivery/Support environment.
Strong troubleshooting across desktop, infrastructure, and software systems.
Expert in Microsoft Office 365 and OS support; knowledge of ServiceNow.
Experience with Azure, Terraform, VMware, and related virtualization platforms.

Responsabilidades

Provide L3/L4 desktop and infrastructure support for complex issues.
Coordinate with teams and vendors; build knowledge base articles.
Drive root-cause analysis and process improvements for ticket resolution.
Configure Azure VM, manage file servers, and handle on‑prem to cloud migrations.
Support/Own collaboration with SAM, product managers, procurement, and other teams.
