You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and analyze studies, ensuring data quality and impactful business recommendations. This position emphasizes communication, storytelling, and rigorous analysis within a global leader in flavors and ingredients.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Consumer Science, Psychology, Market Research, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sensory and consumer research, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
• Knowledge of sensory and consumer research methodologies and best practices.
• Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research studies.
• Strong data analysis, interpretation, and insight generation capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate effectively across functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute sensory, consumer, and cognitive research projects aligned with business and innovation objectives.
• Select and apply appropriate research methodologies to address consumer, product, and market questions.
• Ensure research quality through data validation, cleaning, monitoring, and adherence to established protocols.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable consumer insights and business recommendations.
• Partner with Innovation, Creativity & Design (IC&D), commercial, and cross-functional teams to support product development and decision-making.
• Present research findings, conclusions, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Maintain research databases, documentation, and knowledge management resources.
• Coordinate and support sensory panels, research activities, technicians, and external partners when applicable.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance research capabilities, methodologies, and consumer understanding.
