IFF is seeking a passionate Sensory and Consumer Insights professional for an on-site role in Bogotá, Colombia. You will design and lead sensory research projects, translate findings into actionable insights, and influence flavor and product development across teams.

You will collaborate with IC&D, commercial, and other functions to ensure high-quality research and impactful business recommendations, while maintaining databases and continuing process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (food/science/consumer research)
• 3–5 years of sensory and consumer research experience
• Knowledge of sensory and consumer research methodologies and best practices
• Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative studies
• Strong data analysis, interpretation, and insight generation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute sensory, consumer, and cognitive research projects aligned with objectives
• Select and apply appropriate research methodologies to answer business questions
• Ensure research quality through data validation, cleaning, and adherence to protocols
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights and recommendations
• Partner with IC&D, commercial, and cross-functional teams to support product development
• Present findings, conclusions, and recommendations to stakeholders and customers
• Maintain research databases, documentation, and knowledge resources
• Coordinate sensory panels, activities, technicians, and external partners
• Contribute to continuous improvements in research capabilities and methodologies
