This role is based in Colombia, operating under a hybrid working scheme.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Coordinate the full OEA maintenance and recertification process.
  • Conduct periodic reviews to ensure adherence to OEA standards.
  • Identify and correct deviations in customs procedures.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date procedures through effective communication with cross‑functional teams.
  • Prepare all documentation required by customs authorities together with the involved areas.
  • Identify risks in the supply chain and propose mitigation actions based on process knowledge.
  • Implement process adjustments to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Perform monthly audits of import declarations in alignment with OEA documentary requirements.
  • Serve as the main liaison with customs brokers, carriers, customs agents, and regulatory entities.

  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations, foreign trade processes, and OEA requirements.
  • Experience coordinating compliance programs or certification processes (preferably OEA).
  • Analytical skills to review invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, B/Ls, and inspection checklists.
  • Ability to prepare and validate reports, declarations, and official documentation in government platforms (e.g., Siglo XXI).
  • Experience preparing tax payments through platforms such as PSE or Tidis.
  • Strong risk‑analysis skills and capability to interpret compliance metrics and operational trends.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordination with multi‑disciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to conduct trainings on customs regulations and OEA standards.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in high‑compliance environments.
