IFF offers a 12-month internship in Bogota, Colombia. The role supports the Sales Scent team with commercial projects, meeting coordination, and material preparation in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

A student in business-related fields with strong English reading/writing and basic speaking skills is encouraged to apply. You will gain hands-on experience in account management, project tracking, and data handling while working in a global organization that values mentorship,

Formación

• Active university student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Currently between the 3rd and 7th semester of studies.
• Availability to complete a 12-month internship program.
• Advanced written and reading comprehension in English.
• Basic verbal communication skills in English.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, filters, charts and pivot tables.

Responsabilidades

• Support commercial projects and account-related activities for the Sales Scent team.
• Follow up on ongoing customer projects and ensure timely progress of key deliverables.
• Assist in coordinating meetings, agendas and action plans with internal stakeholders.
• Support the preparation and organization of commercial presentations and materials.
• Coordinate sample shipments and related documentation for customers.
• Maintain and update account information and project trackers.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
• Provide administrative and analytical support for customer-focused initiatives.
• Assist with reporting and data management activities using Microsoft Office tools.
