Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst (Payroll) to oversee and optimize payroll systems for our global operations. You will be the technical anchor for Workday payroll modules, ensuring configuration accuracy, compliance, and performance.

Responsibilities include designing end-to-end payroll processes, managing Core HR, Absence Management, and Time Tracking configurations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy enhancements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Workday Analyst, Payroll Specialist, or similar role.
• Proven expertise in Workday Payroll Configuration and complex payroll processes.
• Strong hands-on Workday HCM and Core HR configuration experience.
• Experience configuring Absence Management and Time Tracking.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain end-to-end payroll solutions and processes.
• Manage configurations for Core HR, absence tracking, and time management workflows.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide expert support across modules.
• Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance across regions.
• Collaborate with teams to test, deploy, and enhance payroll systems.
