Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst (Payroll) to oversee global payroll systems, act as the technical anchor for payroll modules, and ensure compliance and peak performance across platforms.

You will design end-to-end payroll solutions, configure Core HR, Absence Management, and Time Tracking, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy continuous system enhancements while working 100% remotely.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Workday Analyst, Payroll Specialist, or in a related technical role.
• Proven expertise in Workday Payroll Configuration and managing complex payroll processes.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM and Workday Core HR Configuration.
• Proficiency in configuring Workday Absence Management and Workday Time Tracking.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain end-to-end payroll solutions and business processes.
• Manage system configurations for Core HR, absence tracking, and time management workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex functional issues and act as the key point of contact for payroll systems support.
• Ensure data integrity across platforms and maintain compliance with local and international standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test, deploy, and support continuous system enhancements.
