BairesDev is seeking a Workday HCM Consultant to lead implementation and optimization of Workday HCM and Financials. You will translate business requirements into robust configurations within the Workday ecosystem.

Join a global, fully remote team and contribute to end-to-end deployments, complex integrations, and secure data management. English proficiency is required, and compensation is provided in USD or local currency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Workday HCM consulting or functional implementation.
• Proven expertise in Workday HCM or Financials, including Calculated Fields and security models.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and EIBs for data integration.
• Strong background in end-to-end Workday deployments and functional configurations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Workday HCM and Financial modules.
• Design and maintain integrations using Workday Studio and EIBs.
• Create data models using Calculated Fields to support reporting and logic.
• Manage the Workday security model to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Oversee data management activities including migrations and high-volume updates.

Workday HCM Consultant at BairesDev

As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will act as a specialist in the implementation and optimization of Workday HCM and Financials. You will align business processes with technical solutions, ensuring that organizational requirements are translated into robust configurations within the Workday ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Create sophisticated data models using Calculated Fields to support advanced reporting and business logic.
• Manage and refine the Workday security model to ensure data integrity and compliance across the platform.
• Partner with stakeholders to define system requirements and translate them into scalable technical specifications.
• Oversee data management activities, including migrations and high-volume updates, to maintain system accuracy.
