You will configure, test, and implement Workday modules, design reports and dashboards, and maintain integrations with EIBs, Core Connectors, and RaaS. This 100% remote role offers flexible hours and competitive USD compensation.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Workday consultant.
- Expertise in configuring Workday HCM, Compensation, and Benefits.
- Strong Workday security administration and custom business processes.
- Experience with Workday integrations including EIBs, Core Connectors, and RaaS.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into Workday configurations.
- Design, test, and implement reports, dashboards, and advanced security models within the Workday platform.
- Configure and optimize business processes and core system modules, ensuring structural integrity and high performance.
- Create and maintain robust Workday integrations and automated data flows to streamline enterprise operations.
- Document system requirements, technical architectures, and end-to-end business process workflows.
