Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Senior Web Analyst to own the data ingestion architecture, CRM integrations, and data warehouse design across multiple clients in education and nonprofit sectors. You will architect scalable pipelines from paid media to dashboards, maintain reliable CRM connections, and drive data quality across source, warehouse, and BI layers.

You will leverage Adverity, BigQuery, dbt/Dataform, and Python to deliver modular, well-documented pipelines and Looker Studio reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience in marketing/agency contexts.
• Strong experience configuring datastreams, transformations, and destinations in Adverity or similar ETL platforms.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL, with BigQuery experience in transformation, partitioning, and modeling.
• Expertise with dbt or Dataform for modular, version-controlled pipelines.
• Python proficiency for API connections and automation.
• Experience with CRM data flows and integrations (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Deep understanding of marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC) and platform schemas for Looker Studio performance.

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture from paid media to the warehouse and dashboards.
• Maintain reliable CRM connections (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot) feeding the warehouse.
• Design and optimize BigQuery schemas, partitioning, and storage strategy.
• Build SQL schemas in dbt/Dataform pipelines with clear naming conventions.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) for multi-client environments.
• Create data views for Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot discrepancies across source/warehouse/BI layers.
