Siemens Healthineers seeks a senior leader to shape and execute the Education and Training strategy across the Americas, strengthening education as a driver of growth and profitability for Customer Services. The role leads a regional organization to expand education for customers and employees, improve performance, and enable scalable, compliant, and innovative learning solutions across NAM and LAM.

• Leadership and change-management experience in matrix organizations.
• Strategic planning and budgeting for education programs.
• Multicultural collaboration across Americas regions.
• Fluency in English; Spanish/Portuguese desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Translate global strategy into regional execution roadmap across lines, zones and countries.
• Lead planning, development, and delivery of education for ~600 Application Specialists and ~1,500 Customer Service Engineers, ~50,000 participant days yearly.
• Expand regional Customer Education portfolio via Education Center infrastructure and partnerships.
• Own regional capacity and infrastructure planning for scalable education delivery.
• Drive operational excellence, transparency, and performance across Education, including customer satisfaction and financial performance.
• Ensure safe, reliable operations of HUB Americas training facilities and events.
• Develop HUB/Spoke training centers and future-ready locations across the region.
