EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior UI Tech Artist to define UI tech art systems and motion language, delivering polished, performant UI solutions in Unreal Engine 5. You will mentor UI artists while balancing visual fidelity and platform performance across screens and states.

Responsibilities include building templates, patterns for transitions, and coordinating tooling and asset management to improve team efficiency. Collaboration with UX/UI and design is essential.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Technical Artist, UI Tech Artist, or VFX Artist with UI/front-end game experience.
• Mentoring experience supporting UI artists and visual designers.
• Strong cross-platform planning balancing fidelity and performance constraints.

Responsabilidades

• Define UI tech art systems, templates, thematics, and principles for forward-looking UI.
• Craft polished and performant UI tech art solutions using materials, UMG, animation, FX, lighting, Blueprints, and camera tools in UE4/5.
• Build consistent visual patterns for motion, FX, UI transitions, scale, and proportion.
• Establish a cohesive motion language unifying UI behavior across screens and states.
• Profile runtime performance and diagnose bottlenecks in UI rendering and effects.
