Global Technology Services is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead professional services engagements in a MSP environment. You will manage discovery, scoping, delivery, and client handoffs with cross-functional teams across Sales, vCIO, Service Desk, and Centralized Services.

Responsibilities include validating intake, coordinating resources, tracking scope and profitability, and ensuring on-time project delivery while maintaining strong client communication and documentation.

Formación

• Proven experience in IT Professional Services and project delivery.
• Strong understanding of managed services and cloud tech.
• Experience leading technology projects from discovery to delivery.
• Experience conducting client discovery sessions and defining requirements.
• Excellent client-facing communication and written documentation.
• Experience with Monday.com and governance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Professional Services engagements following established processes and templates.
• Coordinate resources, timelines, and budget; monitor scope and profitability.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client objectives and infrastructure needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, vCIO, Service Desk, and Centralized Services to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Identify out-of-scope requests and convert client needs into new service opportunities.
