Global Technology Services is seeking a Senior Professional Services Engineer to drive end-to-end delivery of technology projects within a MSP environment. You will engage with clients, scope engagements, coordinate resources, and ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes aligned with best practices.

• Experience in IT Professional Services and project delivery.
• Strong understanding of managed services and enterprise IT environments.
• Ability to coordinate resources, timelines, scope, and deliverables.
• Experience conducting client discovery meetings and translating needs into requirements.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with security, confidentiality, and governance requirements in tech projects.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver end-to-end professional services engagements following standard processes.
• Validate intake requirements, coordinate resources and timelines, monitor scope and profitability.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client objectives and infrastructure needs.
• Present proposed solutions, clarify scope, manage expectations, and communicate progress.
• Collaborate with Sales, vCIO, Service Desk, and Centralized Services to coordinate deliverables.
• Identify out-of-scope requests and support conversion into new service opportunities.
