Formación

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years in an architectural or principal role.
• Expertise in Node.js, Python, and Go for backend systems.

About the Position

We are looking for a visionary Principal Engineer to serve as a technical beacon, steering our cloud architectures, database design, and pipeline automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define technical architectures and database models for high-impact web and mobile solutions
• Establish engineering best practices, coding guidelines, and automated quality assurance standards across teams
• Conduct critical architecture reviews and unblock complex technical challenges faced by squads
• Mentor and guide senior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance
• Collaborate directly with client CTOs to align technical systems with their business growth paths

Requirements & Technical Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, with 2+ years in an architectural or principal role
• Expertise in multiple backend languages (Node, Python, Go) and complex database modeling (SQL & NoSQL)
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and modern API security protocols
• Fluent English communication skills with strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
