Chapter 2 is seeking a Senior Talent Partner (Sales & Professional Services) to join our growing team in Colombia on a 6-month contract. The role focuses on hiring Engagement/Project Manage and sales professionals for complex enterprise deals, collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in sales and Professional Services roles.
• Proficient in Portuguese with strong written and spoken communication.
• Proven track record of hiring across professional services.
• Passion for technology with solid understanding of sales cycles.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsabilidades

• Partnering with hiring managers to define hiring strategies for Sales & Professional Services roles.
• Sourcing exceptional talent through creative, data-driven outreach.
• Managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer.
• Driving exceptional candidate experience throughout.
• Building and iterating on hiring processes to scale with speed and quality.
• Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring efforts.
• Leveraging ATS and recruitment analytics to optimize funnels and reporting.
• Identifying and experimenting with new sourcing channels, tools, and technologies.
