A leading technology solutions provider is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to provide proactive IT/OT support. This position involves managing virtual systems, ensuring compliance across environments, and optimizing cloud platform deployments. Candidates should have a strong background in IT, excellent communication skills, and a passion for collaboration. Formación

• Minimum 3 years' experience in high-volume internal IT, MSP, MSSP, or similar environments.
• Bachelor's degree or technical certifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Experience deploying and managing cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Deploy, manage, and optimize virtual servers and storage systems.
• Automate and manage patching processes.
• Create, test, and validate system backups for consistency and integrity.
• Enforce IT and OT policies and security compliance.

Conocimientos

Minimum 3 years' experience in high-volume internal IT

Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux

Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies

Experience deploying and managing cloud platforms

Working knowledge of networking, including subnets

Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What Sets You Up for Success

• Minimum 3 years' experience in high-volume internal IT, MSP, MSSP, or similar technical environments
• Bachelor's degree or technical certifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline, or currently working toward one
• Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
• Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies
• Experience deploying and managing cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.)
• Experience with RMM, MDM, and identity providers (IdP)
• Working knowledge of networking, including subnets, WAN, and LAN
• Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, OSI, routing, switching, and wireless
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How You'll Make an Impact

• Deploy, manage, and optimize virtual servers and storage systems
• Automate and manage patching processes
• Create, test, and validate system backups for consistency and integrity
• Administer XaaS systems across IT and OT environments
• Configure advanced integrations such as SSO and SCIM
• Design, build, and maintain automation tools and scripts
• Perform intermediate network troubleshooting using OSI and TCP/IP models
• Apply security hardening practices and troubleshoot cyber-physical security issues
• Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance teams to maximize system uptime
• Enforce IT and OT policies, procedures, and security compliance
• Maintain accurate asset discovery and technical documentationDeploy and update software and hardware across environments
• Monitor infrastructure using RMM tools
• Resolve incidents through root-cause analysis and user support
• Train users on corporate software and hardware
