Brandtech+ seeks a Senior Studio Manager to join our global team and support resourcing across Western time zones. You will fulfill resource requests, monitor utilization, coordinate internal moves, and source high-quality freelance talent for short- and long-term placements.

The role involves data entry in proprietary systems, collaboration with Head of Resourcing, and maintaining strong relationships with on-site teams to ensure optimal fit and performance.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Studio Manager in advertising or staffing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Source and screen top creative talent for Western time zone roles.
• Manage and triage resource requests across the business.
• Conduct initial screening of freelance candidates for skill fit and culture fit.
• Screen referrals and build relationships with talent.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and leads.
• Negotiate freelance rates and terms to reach win-win agreements.
• Support onboarding of freelance talent for a seamless start.
• Develop and implement best practices for resource management.
