Scale Up Recruiting Partners is seeking a Senior Video Editor for a remote, LATAM-based role with a U.S.-based client. You will own post-production from rough cut to final delivery, while serving as the primary creative partner and day-to-day client contact.

You will lead meetings, present edits, translate feedback into production plans, and collaborate with the wider creative team on multiple accounts as needed. Strong storytelling and client-facing skills are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience in a production environment.
• Outstanding storytelling instincts supported by a strong portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
• Advanced English to lead client meetings and communicate with U.S. clients.
• Experience presenting work to clients and guiding discussions.

Responsabilidades

• Edit high-quality video content from rough cut through final delivery.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for a large client, leading meetings and gathering feedback.
• Translate client goals into actionable production plans.
• Create motion graphics, title sequences, and graphic elements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with producers, directors, cinematographers, designers, and the team.
• Maintain smooth workflows and deliver an outstanding client experience.
• Represent the company professionally in client interactions.
