PartnerOne is seeking a highly experienced Senior Microsoft Windows SQL Server DBA to own enterprise database environments and drive performance excellence. You will mentor junior DBAs, act as primary escalation for incidents, and partner with development, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to ensure available, secure, and tuned database systems that meet end-to-end performance goals.

• 7+ years hands-on SQL Server DBA in large-scale prod environments.
• Expert-level SQL Server 2019/2025 on Windows Server 2019/20222.
• Advanced T-SQL: optimization, indexing, partitioning, troubleshooting.
• Experience with Always On, WSFC, DR failover in enterprise settings.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, install, configure, and maintain SQL Server instances across multi-server Windows environments.
• Lead end-to-end performance engineering and optimize problematic queries with developers.
• Monitor performance via Extended Events, DMVs, Wait Stats; set baselines and alerts.
• Design and test backup/recovery; own RTO/RPO and drill validation.
• Maintain HA/DR solutions including Always On and Log Shipping.
• Govern security: RBAC, auditing, encryption; adhere to least-privilege.
