PartnerOne is seeking an Engineer to lead performance engineering efforts, focusing on ensuring system scalability, stability, and reliability in cloud and hybrid environments. This role requires designing load testing strategies and close collaboration with various teams to validate production readiness.

Successful candidates will be experienced in Azure and AKS environments and possess strong skills in performance and scalability testing, API architecture, and metrics analysis. Knowledge of mortgage or FinTech domains is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the enterprise performance engineering efforts for system scalability.
• Design and execute load, stress, endurance testing strategies.
• Identify bottlenecks across applications, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
• Work closely with Architecture, DevOps, QA, and Development teams.
• Validate production readiness and optimize system performance.
• Support high-availability cloud deployments within Azure and AKS.
