Salesforce is seeking a Solution Engineer in Colombia to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to design multi-cloud technology solutions that drive business value. This role supports multiple product lines and may be office-based, office-flexible, or remote depending on the team.

You will demonstrate expert knowledge in aligning customer requirements with scalable Salesforce solutions, participate in business development, and help accelerate adoption of innovative technologies

Responsabilidades

• A Solution Engineer plays a pivotal role in aligning innovative strategies to technology solutions within complex accounts.
• This role focuses on partnering with clients and collaborating with internal team members and C-level client contacts to drive consensus on multi-product technology solutions across the Salesforce product lines.
• Solutions Engineers work on a wide array of assignments including business development, operations and IT strategies, as well as executive level product demonstrations.
• This person must assume the role of trusted advisor for driving innovative solutions forward while also improving business performance.
