Salesforce is seeking a Solution Engineer to join the Solution Engineering team. You will engage with customers to understand business needs, demonstrate Salesforce solutions, and tailor multi-cloud demos across various product lines. Some roles may be office-based, office-flexible, or remote depending on the team.

You will collaborate with customers, Account Executives, and Professional Services to deliver transformational pitches and drive value. Travel may be required based on territory.

Formación

• Bachelor, Master, or PhD in CS/Software Engineering or MIS.
• Knowledge of relational databases and web technologies.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team to solve technical problems in diverse environments.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Align innovative strategies to technology solutions for complex accounts.
• Demonstrate business value through multi-product solutions and live product demos.
• Define problems, opportunities, and next steps using research and assessment.
• Lead cross-functional solution guides and align them to the opportunity strategy.
• Develop and deliver customer journey strategies and long-term IT roadmaps.
