AgileEngine in Colombia is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and build scalable CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows. You will also bring AI-assisted capabilities like Agentforce into production to improve sales and service workflows.

You will collaborate with product managers, admins, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure security, performance, and scalable integrations.

Formación

• 4+ years of Salesforce CRM development experience (Apex, SOQL, LWC, triggers).
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.
• Experience building scalable automation and integration solutions on Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein, or AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.
• Understanding of the Salesforce security model, sharing, profiles, and governor limits.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and configuration.
• Build reusable services, triggers, batch jobs, integrations, and automation frameworks.
• Implement and support Agentforce-related experiences and AI-assisted workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, admins, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
• Support integrations with external systems via REST APIs, platform events, and middleware.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to code reviews, release planning, and technical documentation.
