Salvatech seeks a CRM Solution Architect to design and implement Salesforce solutions for clients in a fast-paced environment. You will lead discovery sessions, shape architecture across clouds and integrations, and ensure quality throughout delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of Salesforce experience, strong communication, and the ability to drive engagements with U.S.-based clients in English. This is a fully remote Colombia role with international collaboration.

Formación

• 5+ years Salesforce experience in implementations/consulting.
• Hands-on Salesforce across clouds and integrations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced English; lead client sessions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery and consulting sessions with customers.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions and architectures.
• Oversee build work and QA; ensure on-time delivery.
• Document designs and obtain client approval.
• Manage projects end-to-end and coordinate go-live.
