You will drive engineering execution, quality, reliability, and organizational development for mission-critical systems used by major airlines in the Americas and globally.

Responsibilities
- Lead a 50+ person, multi-team software engineering organization.
- Develop engineering managers and senior technical talent across regions.
- Champion practices to improve software quality, reliability, and scalability.
- Ensure 24x7 availability and production stability for mission-critical systems.
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Release Train Engineering to coordinate delivery across value streams.
- Represent engineering in high-level customer discussions and escalations.
