This fully remote position requires fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese, along with strong backend programming skills in Go, Python, or Node.js. You will collaborate with teams across multiple regions and leverage AI technology to enhance product capabilities. Experience in fintech and working with production systems is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience in production systems.
• Fluency in English for global communication.
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese for LATAM collaboration.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Go, Python, or Node.js.
• Experience with relational databases and schema design.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain scalable backend services for financial transactions.
• Write clean code and participate in code reviews.
