Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer to design, build, and optimize advanced marketing automation solutions within a dynamic marketing technology environment.

You will mentor engineers while delivering scalable SFMC solutions and collaborating with multinational teams on innovative projects. Strong SFMC, AMPscript/SSJS/SQL, and web tech skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on software development with 2+ years in SFMC engineering
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL
• Strong HTML5/CSS3 and JavaScript skills
• Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, CloudPages, and Data Extensions
• Experience configuring Marketing Cloud Connect and API integrations
• Understanding of relational data modeling and data imports/exports
• English at B2+ level

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for scalable campaigns
• Develop multi-channel campaigns using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, MobileConnect, and CloudPages
• Create AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and HTML/CSS for dynamic content and data processing
• Configure MCC and API integrations to sync data between SFMC and enterprise systems
• Optimize SQL performance, manage data extensions and API limits, uphold data hygiene
• Set development standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers
